    We teamed up with the nonstick cookware innovators at Napa Valley-based Hestan to create our signature Thermo-Clad™ Nonstick collection. Designed in-house and made to our exacting specifications, these top-tier pans are built for maximum heat efficiency and durability. Each one features tri-ply layering, which combines a premium nonstick finish with a hard-anodized aluminum body and stainless-steel induction-compatible base. This expansive set includes versatile pots and pans for both everyday meals and entertaining.

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction (except roaster).
    • Oven safe to 500°F.
    • Do not use under broiler.
    • Safe for use with metal utensils.

    Care

    • Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
    • Pans, pots and wok are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water to maintain durability of nonstick surface.
    • Hand-wash roaster.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing cookware as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
