    Receiving Instructions

    • Store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months.

    Preparation Instructions

    • Apply 2 to 3 Tbs. rub onto each 1 lb. (500g) of skirt steak.
    • Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, then grill or cook as desired.
    • The rub is also delicious on pork chops, chicken and shrimp.

    • Garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, Turkish cumin, smoked paprika, parsley, onion, red pepper, green onion, oregano, safflower oil (anti-separating agent).
