    Receiving Instructions

    • Store at room temperature.

    Preparation Instructions

    • In large pot of salted boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, 15–20 minutes.
    • Approx. 10 minutes before potatoes are done, combine butter and mashed potato seasoning in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Heat until butter melts and begins to foam, then remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
    • When potatoes are tender, drain them, then pass through potato ricer or use potato masher to mash.
    • Stir butter mixture into potatoes, then slowly stir in half-and-half.
    • Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
    • Serves 10.
