    Receiving Instructions

    • Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

    Preparation Instructions

    • Rub 2 tsp. seasoning onto salmon fillets or steaks before baking or grilling.
    • Alternatively, blend with safflower oil and use to baste chicken, pork or turkey.

    • Potlatch Spicy Seasoning: Kosher salt, paprika, crushed red pepper, ancho chili powder, oregano, coriander, cayenne pepper.
    • Sweet Heat Rub: Brown sugar, applewood-smoked salt, garlic, smoked paprika, onion, black pepper, cumin, mustard, dried beer extract, applewood smoke powder, thyme, cayenne, crushed red pepper, hop flower powder.
    • Signature Seafood Rub: Smoked paprika, sea salt, celery seed, cayenne pepper, mustard, garlic, black pepper, thyme, oregano, bay leaves, lemon juice powder, ginger.
