- Pizza pan and skillet are ideal for use on gas cooktops (not induction-compatible; not recommended for electric or ceramic cooktops).
- Heat-resistant to 840°F.
- Safe for use with metal utensils.
- Do not slide cookware on surfaces.
- Over time, black enameled interior will develop a patina. This is normal and will enhance performance and reduce sticking.
