No kneading or rising necessary – just add butter, milk and eggs, then bake in a loaf pan.

Preparation Instructions
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
- 3 eggs
- 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 package quick bread mix (included)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease and flour 4-by-8-inch (10-by-20-cm) loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and melted butter until combined.
- Add the quick bread mix and whisk just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
- Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes, then turn the loaf out onto the rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Serves 10–12.
Ingredients
- Organic wheat flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, apples, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), cinnamon, natural orange peel, flavors, (apple cider, apple crisp), sea salt, ginger, nutmeg.
- Contains wheat/gluten.
