    Use & Care

    Use

    • Avoid using cooking oil such as olive oil and canola oil.

    Care

    • Clean after each use.
    • Hand-wash with hot, soapy water.
    • Do not clean in dishwasher or soak in water.
    • Rinse thoroughly.
    • Dry with towel or air-dry.
    • Make sure board is completely dry before storing.
    • Apply food-safe mineral oil twice per month to keep board in top condition. Allow oil to be absorbed for at least six hours. For best results, leave oil on board overnight. After oil is absorbed, wipe off any excess using a clean, dry cloth.
