    Preparation Instructions

    Ingredients

    • Cornbread mix (included)
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1 cup milk

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 8" sq. baking pan (use 9" sq. baking pan for thinner cornbread).
    • Combine eggs, oil and milk in medium bowl and beat together until well blended. Pour in cornbread mix and gently stir together. Do not overmix.
    • Pour batter in greased pan and bake 35–40 minutes. Cornbread is done when top is gold-colored and tester inserted in center comes out clean.
    • Cool slightly, then cut into squares.

    • Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, cornmeal (yellow cornmeal), aluminum-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, natural vanilla.
