Ingredients
- Cornbread mix (included)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 8" sq. baking pan (use 9" sq. baking pan for thinner cornbread).
- Combine eggs, oil and milk in medium bowl and beat together until well blended. Pour in cornbread mix and gently stir together. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter in greased pan and bake 35–40 minutes. Cornbread is done when top is gold-colored and tester inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool slightly, then cut into squares.
