Receiving Instructions

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature.

Preparation Instructions

• In large mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk 2 large eggs, 3/4 cup milk (180ml) and 4 Tbs. melted unsalted butter until well blended.
• Add 283g (2 cups) dry mix into bowl containing liquid and blend gently using whisk or rubber spatula just until all dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
• Drop 1/4 cup onto preheated griddle (350°F) and cook until surface is filled with bubbles, edges are beginning to look dry and bubbles start to pop on surface of pancake (approx. 2 minutes). Bottoms should be medium golden brown in color.
• Flip pancakes over and cook second side approx. 1 minute or until golden brown.
