    Use & Care

    RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature in cool, dry place.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Pancake Ingredients

    • 2 1/4 cups Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Pecan Pancake & Waffle Mix
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 cup milk

    Pancake Instructions

    • In large bowl, whisk together mix, eggs, butter and milk until batter is almost smooth. Do not overbeat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
    • Preheat griddle over medium heat until a few drops of water flicked onto surface skitter across it. Lightly grease with vegetable oil or butter, or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Wipe off excess.
    • Pour approx. 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and batter is set, approx. 2–3 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on other side, approx. 2 minutes more. Keep warm until all pancakes are cooked. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more oil to griddle as needed.
    • Makes approx. 9 pancakes. 

    Waffle Ingredients

    • 2 1/4 cups Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Pecan Pancake & Waffle Mix
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 1/3 cup milk

    Waffle Instructions

    • In large bowl, whisk together mix, eggs, butter and milk until batter is almost smooth. Do not overbeat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
    • Preheat waffle maker.
    • Pour approx. 1/2 cup of batter into waffle maker. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
    • Makes approx. 5 waffles.

    Belgian Waffle Ingredients

    • 2 1/4 cups Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Pecan Pancake & Waffle Mix
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 1/3 cup milk

    Belgian Waffle Instructions

    • Prepare batter as directed for waffles above.
    • Preheat Belgian waffle maker.
    • Pour 1/3 cup of batter into each well of waffle maker. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.
    • Makes approx. 8 Belgian waffles.
