    Use & Care

    RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

    • Seasoning ships fresh at ambient temperature.
    • Upon receipt, store at room temperature in cool, dark place for up to 18 months.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    • Generously sprinkle seasoning over skirt steak, flank steak or other cut of steak. Let steak stand uncovered at room temperature for 30 minutes, then cook as desired. We recommend 3–4 Tbs. of seasoning per 1 lb. (500g) of steak.
