    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on grill, campfire and all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
    • Apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.
    • Use caution – handles can become very hot. Always use potholders or oven mitts when handling.

    Care

    • Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly, then apply small amount of vegetable oil on interior and exterior surfaces while pan is still warm.
    • Store in dry location.
