    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe.
    • Each time you use this pan, apply a thin layer of oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.

    Care

    • Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly, then apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
    • Store in dry location.
