Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Season pan before first use – rub interior with oil, heat oil to smoke point, turn off heat and allow to cool, remove oil and wipe pan with dry paper towel, heat pan again for 2 minutes without oil.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash in hot water without detergent; dry immediately.
- Do not soak.
- Oil regularly to maintain seasoning.
