Receiving Instructions
- Mixes ship fresh at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
Preparation Instructions
Chocolate Chip Pancakes & Waffles
Pancake Ingredients
- 1 tin (8 oz./226.8g) Williams Sonoma Chocolate Chip Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbs. butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbs. milk
Pancake Instructions
- In large bowl, whisk together egg, butter and milk. Whisk in mix until most lumps are gone. Do not overmix. Batter will thicken as it sits.
- Preheat griddle to 325°F. Grease lightly.
- Pour approx. 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges of pancakes are set, approx. 2 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook on second side, approx. 1 minute more, or until golden brown on bottom.
Waffle Ingredients
- 1 tin (8 oz./226.8g) Williams Sonoma Chocolate Chip Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbs. butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbs. milk
Waffle Instructions
- In large bowl, whisk together egg, butter and milk. Whisk in mix until most lumps are gone. Do not overmix. Batter will thicken as it sits.
- Preheat Belgian waffle maker.
- Pour 1/3 cup of batter into each well of waffle maker. Cook according to manufacturer's instructions.

Pancake Ingredients
- 1 tin (8 oz./226.8g) Williams Sonoma Flappin' Jack Pancake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 Tbs. butter, melted and cooled
- 3/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. milk
Pancake Instructions
- In large bowl, whisk together mix, eggs, butter and milk until batter is almost smooth. Do not overmix. Let stand for 5 minutes. Batter will thicken as it sits.
- Preheat griddle to 325°F. Grease lightly.
