Preparation Instructions
Ingredients
- 1 cup (140g) Williams Sonoma Flappin' Jack Pancake Mix
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- In large bowl, whisk together mix, egg, butter and milk until batter is almost smooth. Do not overmix.
- Preheat griddle to medium high. Lightly grease with vegetable oil or nonstick cooking spray. Wipe off excess.
- Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form on top and batter is set, approx. 2–3 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on other side, approx. 2 minutes more. Serve warm.
- Makes 6 pancakes.

- Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, canola oil (oil, rosemary extract [preservative], ascorbic acid [preservative]), leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), buttermilk, sea salt, natural flavors, dehydrated butter, vanilla extract.
