The innovative appliance now adds Salamander Grill Mode to its countertop-oven capabilities, so you can brown gratins and lasagna, or give seafood a crispy finish with a high-temperature upper flame.

- Use heatproof dish when heating pizza and other food that may drip oil on heater tube.
- To prevent burns, use tongs or potholder.

- Hand-wash removable toasting rack, baking pan, measuring cup, boiler cover and crumb catcher. Dry thoroughly.
- Wipe exterior and interior with soft, damp cloth and mild dish soap. Wipe dry thoroughly.
