Use & Care
Use
- Before first use and after more than 3 days of inactivity, run water, steam, coffee and (if applicable) milk and cold brew cycles, then discard liquids.
- Place machine in well-ventilated area with at least 1" space on sides and 6" above.
- Do not use machine if glass surface is cracked.
- Do not fill tank with distilled water or sparkling water.
- Use with pasteurized or UHT milk (or plant-based alternatives). Do not use with raw milk.
- Always unplug machine before assembling or disassembling.
- Do not touch with wet hands.
- Avoid contact with hot surfaces and steam during operation.
Care
- Unplug machine and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash removable components with soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive, alkaline and alcohol-based cleaners.
- Disassemble and clean milk carafe after each use.
- Wipe exterior clean with soft cloth.
- Clean water tank every 30 days.
- Change water at least every 3 days.
- Do not immerse machine in water or other liquid.
- Perform descaling regularly when prompted. Failure to do so may void warranty.
