    • Oven, broiler and grill safe to 500°F.
    • Cast iron gets hot – always use oven mitts or grilling gloves when handling.
    • Do not leave brush near heat source.

    Care

    • Brush is dishwasher safe.
    • Hand-wash pot in hot water. Do not use soap. Dry immediately.
    • Cast iron is porous – do not allow pot to soak.
    • Do not use metallic scrubbers.
    • Periodically apply small amount of mineral oil or other food-safe oil to pot to maintain finish.
