    Use & Care

    Use

    • Oven safe to 600°F.
    • Broiler safe.
    • Safe for use with metal whisks, spoons and spatulas.
    • Do not use with sharp-edged tools such as forks and knives.
    • Do not cut foods in the pan.

    Care

    • Before first use and after each use, wash ovenware thoroughly with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water.
    • Allow to cool before washing.
    • Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents or abrasive cleansers.
    • If food remains on surface, boil a mixture of water and vinegar in the pan to dislodge the food particles.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use a non-scratching scrub sponge and a fine-powdered or soft cleanser.
    • To avoid scratches on the ovenware exterior, place paper towels between pans when storing.
