Designed in collaboration with Chef Thomas Keller, this Hestan pan delivers superior performance for roasting, searing and deglazing. It's crafted of triple-bonded stainless steel with an aluminum core for precise, even heating. Ergonomic handles and a polished finish make it ideal for oven-to-table presentation. The roaster comes with a tension-fit rack that elevates meat and poultry above liquids for perfectly crisp results.

- Large Roaster: 20 1/2" x 14 3/4" x 6 3/4" high; 8 lb. 9 oz.; rack: 16" x 10" x 5" high; holds up to 20-lb. roast or turkey.

Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
- Use medium to low heat for best performance.
- Avoid using high heat when preheating empty pan.
- Safe for use with metal utensils. However, we recommend using wood, silicone or plastic utensils to maintain appearance over time.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing with warm, soapy water and soft sponge to maintain polished finish.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh abrasives.
- Dry thoroughly to maintain luster and prevent water spots.
