Raised in Northern California on natural grains, free of antibiotics and hormones, the premium Willie Bird turkey is brined using a recipe based on our best-selling autumn fruit and spice blend. The result is savory, succulent and not overly salty, with hints of apple, lemon, garlic and rosemary.
