    Use & Care

    Receiving Instructions

    • Store at room temperature.

    Preparation Instructions

    • Remove neck and giblets from 14-lb. to 16-lb. turkey.
    • Pat turkey dry with paper towels.
    • Gently slide fingers under skin of breast and work fingers down to thighs, being careful not to tear skin.
    • Rub approx. 2 Tbs. of seasoning paste evenly underneath skin.
    • Rub approx. 1/2 cup of paste on outside of turkey, then cook as directed in recipe.
    • Serves 10–12.
