    Use

    • Pan is heat-resistant to 660°F.
    • Stone is heat-resistant to 1,450°F.
    • Stone is designed for use on outdoor grill, in brick oven or conventional oven.
    • Do not use stone on cooktop, in air fryer, microwave or freezer.
    • Stone holds pizza up to 14" diam.
    • Do not use with frozen pizza.
    • Pan doubles as skillet.
    • Always use oven mitts or grilling gloves when handling.
    • Stone will discolor with use. This is normal and will not affect performance.
    • Do not place cold stone in hot oven or on hot grill.
    • Do not place hot stone directly on countertop or unprotected surface.

    Care

    • Pan is dishwasher safe.
    • Allow stone to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe clean with damp cloth.
    • Do not use detergent, soap or other cleaning solutions.
    • Do not soak in water.
    • To remove baked-on debris, scrub stone with stiff-bristled brush under warm running water.
    • Allow stone to air-dry.
