Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on gas and charcoal grills.
- Do not use on infrared grill or on cooktop.
- Do not use in oven, broiler, microwave or freezer.
- Soak chips for at least 15 minutes. Drain and place single layer of chips on bottom tray. Place box on outdoor grill. Preheat grill and heat until chips begin to smoke.
- Season food, brush with oil and arrange on perforated tray. Place perforated tray on bottom tray and cover with lid.
- Handles will get hot – always use oven mitts or grilling gloves when handling.
Care
- Allow trays to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash.
- Store wood chips in packaging after opening.
- Keep wood chips dry and away from high heat.
