We teamed up with the nonstick cookware innovators at Napa Valley-based Hestan to create our Thermo-Clad™ Hard Anodized collection. Designed in-house and made to our exact specifications, the top-tier pans are built for maximum heat efficiency and durability. Tri-ply layering incorporates a premium nonstick finish, a hard-anodized aluminum body and a nonstick coating inside and out that allows low-fat cooking, easy release and quick cleanup. The double-burner griddle offers an expansive surface to cook for a crowd – from pancakes, eggs and sausages for breakfast to burgers, sandwiches and quesadillas for lunch or dinner.

Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
- Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat cookware when empty.
- High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
- Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.
