Use & Care
Use
- Oven safe to 1470°F.
- Do not use on grill.
- Sensitive to extreme temperature changes; do not place hot stone in cold environment or vice versa.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water. Do not use soap; pores in stone will absorb it.
- Do not submerge stone in water.
- Routinely scrape off baked-on food residue.
- If stone gets extremely dirty, use medium-grit sandpaper to remove residue.
- Do not leave in oven for self-cleaning cycle.
