RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 package quick bread mix (included)
• 1 package cinnamon sugar mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (250ml) milk
• 2 eggs

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" loaf pan.
• In large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, add quick bread mix, milk and eggs. Beat until combined. Add melted butter and continue to beat until all ingredients are combined. Pour in prepared pan.
• Bake for 55–65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Let cool.
• Melt 2 Tbs. butter. Brush top of bread with melted butter. Pour cinnamon sugar mix over entire loaf.
