Use & Care

Use

• For best results, roll cookie dough to 1/4" thick directly on baking parchment, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in freezer for a few minutes until cold, but not frozen. Remove from freezer and leave plastic wrap on top of dough while quickly cutting with cookie cutters (plastic wrap prevents dough from sticking to cutter and promotes definition). Carefully remove plastic wrap and place cut dough on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place cookie sheet in freezer (this will help prevent cookie dough from expanding and erasing cookie cutter details). Preheat oven to temperature listed in recipe. When ready to bake, remove cut cookie dough from freezer. Place on room-temperature cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to recipe.
