Use & Care

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Starter ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. See best before date on packaging for details.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 packet ice cream starter (included)
• 1 cup (236.5ml) milk
• 2 cups (473.5ml) heavy cream

Directions

• Prepare ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
• In large bowl, combine ice cream starter and milk until and whisk until completely dissolved. Stir in 2 cups heavy cream.
• Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
• Transfer gelato to freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 3 hours, before serving.
• Makes approx. 1 qt.

• Sugar, organic horchata flavor powder (organic dextrose, natural flavors), Saigon cinnamon, Bourbon vanilla powder (maltodextrin, Madagascar vanilla bean extractives), sea salt.
