Use & Care
Use
- Heat-resistant to 660°F.
- For use on gas and charcoal grills.
- To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oils such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil; carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
- Do not use metal utensils on nonstick surface. We recommend using plastic, rubber or wooden utensils to prolong life of cookware.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
