Use & Care

Cookie Sheet

• Oven safe to 450°F.
• Before first use, hand-wash sheets in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
• Due to bakeware's heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring oven temperature and baking time for first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
• Use only wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching surface.
• Do not cut baked goods in pan.
• Pan will darken slightly with use. This is normal and will enhance performance.

Baking Mat

• Oven safe to 480°F.
• Place mat on standard cookie sheet with smooth side facing up; textured side
• prevents slipping.
• Do not use with insulated cookie sheet, as this will interfere with heat conduction.
• After baking, allow food to cool before removing; lift mat's corner to dislodge.
• Do not use as cutting surface.

Cooling Rack

• Not designed for oven use.

Care

• Allow to cool before washing.
• Sheets and rack are dishwasher safe; we recommend hand-washing to maintain appearance of pieces over time.
• Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
• Hand-wash baking mat; do not fold.
