PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 package quick bread mix (included)
• 1 cup milk
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) melted butter
• 2 eggs

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" loaf pan.
• In large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, add quick bread mix, milk and eggs. Beat until combined. Add melted butter and continue to beat until all ingredients are combined. Pour in prepared pan.
• Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until inserted toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
