    Use & Care

    RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
    • Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, store at room temperature and enjoy within 12 months.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Ingredients

    • 2 large eggs
    • 7 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    • Gluten-free brownie mix (included)

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F.
    • Line bottom of 8" sq. baking pan with parchment paper.
    • Beat eggs with electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, or hand mixer, at high speed for 2 minutes.
    • Fold in brownie mix.
    • Add butter and beat at medium speed until lightened in color.
    • Pour batter into prepared pan.
    • Bake for 33–36 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean.
    • Allow brownies to cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    • Remove from pan and allow to cool completely before cutting.

    Ingredients

    • Confectioners' sugar (sugar, cornstarch), chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), sugar, white rice flour, cacao rouge cocoa powder (processed with potassium carbonate), potato starch, brown rice syrup, waxy rice flour, arrowroot powder, alkalized cocoa powder, Madagascar Bourbon pure vanilla powder (maltodextrin, vanilla bean extractives), organic gum blend (organic guar gum, organic locust bean gum), sea salt, coffee, non-GMO baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-GMO cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate).
    • Contains soy.
    • This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, sesame, soy, tree nuts (almonds, coconut, pecans), wheat/gluten.
