• Do not leave in oven during self-cleaning cycle.
• Most oven temperatures vary from top to bottom and side to side. For best cooking results, place the oven thermometer next to the food to ensure proper baking or roasting thermometers
• To hang thermometer, slide the clip parallel to oven grates and rotate 90 degrees to fit grates within the slots on the clip.
