RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Brine ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store at room temperature in cool, dark place for up to 24 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Season meat with brine several hours before roasting or grilling (no brining bags or additional liquid required).
Ingredients
- Salt, spices (black pepper, rosemary, fennel, thyme, marjoram), maple sugar, onion, bourbon flavor powder (dextrose, natural flavors), garlic, 2% or less of smoke flavor.
