    GRINCH LOAF PAN

    • Crafted of durable glazed stoneware.
    • 8 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 2 3/4" high; 11 1/4" long including handles.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Grinch Quick Bread

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 8 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 packet Grinch Quick Bread Mix

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F.
    • Lightly grease and flour a 4" x 8" loaf pan.
    • In a bowl, mix together the milk, butter and eggs.
    • Add mix and stir together until combined.
    • Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
    • Bake until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
    • Let cool 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto a rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.

    Frosting

    • 6 Tbs. unsalted butter, at room temperature
    • 1 Tbs. milk
    • 1 packet Grinch Frosting Mix
    • In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the flat beater, cream the butter on medium high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
    • Reduce the mixer speed to low and slowly add the frosting mix.
    • Add the milk.
    • When all the frosting mix has been incorporated, increased the mixer speed to medium-high and beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
    • Frost the cooled cake.
    • Scatter the heart sprinkles on top of frosting.
