Delicious and versatile, it's ideal for slicing thin as an appetizer, adding to salads and sandwiches, or serving as a main course.

Receiving Instructions
- Beef tenderloin ships frozen with ice packs.
- Upon receipt, place in refrigerator, where it will keep 1 week unopened, or place in freezer for up to 3 months.
Preparation Instructions
- Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
- We recommend serving at room temperature; do not reheat.
- Tenderloin may be refrozen after thawing.
