Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction and outdoor grills.
- Oven and broiler safe to 1700°F.
- Heat cookware slowly. When searing protein, allow cookware approx. 4–5 minutes to reach ideal temperature.
- With frequent use, cookware will benefit from oil in food.
Care
- Hand-wash cookware with warm water and small amount of dish soap.
- Dry thoroughly and apply thin layer of food-grade vegetable oil.
- Do not soak or clean cookware in dishwasher.
- To remove stubborn residue, gently scrape with metal spatula or scrub with nylon pad and small amount of dish soap. Avoid applying too much pressure when scrubbing.
- With proper care, cookware should not rust. If rust develops, remove by rubbing with scouring pad or paper towel. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Apply light layer of oil and heat in 425°F oven for 1 hour.
