Summary
We collaborated with professional chefs and the designers of Denmark's eco-friendly Scanpan® to create the first line of commercial-grade nonstick cookware for everyday cooking. Our Scanpan TechnIQ series combines fresh, modern designs for better browning, more even cooking and ergonomic comfort with Scanpan's revolutionary Stratanium-Plus® coating – the most durable nonstick finish available. Our 6-qt. Giant Braiser is the ultimate family-size pan, expertly designed with extra-high walls and a generous surface area, making it ideal for searing, braising and deglazing large portions.
- Pressure cast of recycled aluminum.
- Extra-thick base is pressure forged, which ensures even heat distribution and eliminates hot spots.
- Tempered-glass lid is fitted with stainless-steel rim and handle.
- Patented Stratanium-Plus nonstick cooking surface will never peel, crack or break down, now 30% more durable than before.
- Textured surface sears, braises and deglazes with minimal cleanup.
- Ideal for low-fat cooking using minimal oil.
- Two ergonomic stainless-steel handles ease transport from stove to table.
