This versatile pan has a hand-hammered stainless-steel exterior, a durable stainless-steel interior and a thick aluminum core for quick, even heat conduction. It's ideal for simmering and stirring risotto to creamy perfection, and also excels at browning and braising meat, slow-cooking stew and roasting vegetables. Crowned with a handmade silver-plated bronze mushroom finial, the elegant pan is designed for seamless oven-to-table presentation.
