- Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Once opened, enjoy within 3 days.
- We do not recommend refreezing fish once it has thawed.

- Fish is best served at room temperature.
- Let fish come to room temperature just before serving. Eat shortly afterwards.
