Made for us by an East Coast confectioner, it features an Oreo cookie crust and tiers of homemade chocolate and peppermint ice cream. For a showstopping finish, artisans top the cake with Belgian chocolate ganache and crushed peppermint candy.

• Ice Cream: Cream, milk, sugar, cocoa, egg yolks, skim milk, peppermint.
• Oreo Cookie Base: Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate [vitamin B1], riboflavin [vitamin B2], folic acid), sugar, palm and/or canola oil, cocoa (processed with alkali), high fructose corn syrup, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), salt, soy lecithin, chocolate, artificial flavor.
• Topping: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla.
• Candy Topping: Cane sugar, peppermint oil.
