Use & Care

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in cool, dark place and enjoy within 6 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 cup pancake mix (included)
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 Tbs. oil or unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup whole milk

Directions

• Whisk together milk, egg and butter (or oil) in medium bowl until well-combined. Add pancake mix and blend. Do not overmix – a few lumps are acceptable. Let pancake batter rest for 15 minutes (optional but recommended).
• Preheat skillet on medium high and grease lightly with unsalted butter. When water droplets dance on skillet, it is ready.
• Ladle approx. 1/4 cup of batter on heated griddle. When bubbles appear on top, flip pancake and cook until done. Repeat with remaining batter.
