Spaghetti alla chitarra is traditionally made with a cutter like this, known as a chitarra – the Italian word for "guitar." Made in Italy, it produces porous pasta with a square shape that's ideal for retaining sauces. Just place your homemade pasta dough on the stainless-steel wires and gently press down with the included beech wood rolling pin.
