Use
- Dutch oven is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
- Dutch oven is oven safe.
- Use rice mode for white or brown rice (Settings 1 and 2). Follow included ratios to rice and water.
- In sous vide mode, use temperature probe to maintain precise water temperature for sealed food; use included rack for bag spacing.
Care
- Dutch oven and lid are dishwasher safe. Do not place hot insert in cold water.
- Hand-wash temperature probe with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
- Clean interior using soapy cloth. Use damp cloth to rinse. Avoid using metal pads and abrasives.
- Wipe control panel clean with damp sponge. Avoid using excess moisture.
- Clean exterior with nonabrasive cleaner and soft cloth. Polish in direction of grain.
- To remove discoloration or mineral buildup on insert, use mixture of baking soda and water or non-chlorine stainless-steel cleaner.
- Do not immerse base, plug or cord in water.
