Use & Care
Use
- Oven and broiler safe.
- Not induction-compatible.
- Each time you use pan, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
- Store in dry location.
