Use
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe.
- Always apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat slowly before adding food.
Care

- Hand-wash, then dry and rub with cooking oil.
- A small amount of soap make be used for cleaning.
- Store in dry location.
