    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
    • Pan is oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
    • Glass lid with silicone knob is oven safe to 400°F; do not use lid in broiler.
    • Before each use, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.

    Care

    • Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
    • Store pan in dry location.
    • Glass lid is dishwasher safe.
