    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Most pieces are oven and broiler safe to 500°F; Gill/griddle oven and broiler safe to 550°F; lid for 3 1/2 qt. everyday pan is oven safe to 400°F.
    • To season after each use, clean pan and apply thin layer of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
    • Handles can become very hot. Always use potholders or gloves when handling.

    Care

    Cast Iron

    • Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly and season with vegetable oil.

    Scraper, Scrubbing Pad & Handle Cover

    • Dishwasher safe.
    • Store in dry location.
